Wild Black Raspberry Naanan - Mmmm little tasty bouquet of jewel like black raspberries. Black raspberries, botanically classified as Rubus occidentalis, are a rare raspberry species belonging to the Rosaceae family. The pigmented fruits are native to North America and grow wild on deciduous shrubs reaching 2 to 3 meters in height.
